Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals consists of seven members who are appointed by the Harper Woods City Council. Their primary function is to consider requests for variances of the City’s Zoning Ordinance or Sign Ordinance. They meet as needed on the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the conference adjoining the City Council Chambers, 19617 Harper, Harper Woods, Michigan. Questions regarding appeals process should be directed to either building@harperwoodsmi.net or hwclerk@comcast.net.
