The Department of Public Works, under the supervision of the Superintendent, is responsible for following:

• the maintenance of all streets, sidewalks and sign maintenance;
• sewer maintenance/repair, water line maintenance/repair, and catch basin maintenance/repair;
• City tree maintenance and planting program;
• Administers Garbage/Trash and Recycling contract;
• Fall leaf pick-up program;
• Storm damage clean-up;
• Assists other City departments with their maintenance needs.
