The City Treasurer's Office is responsible for the collection, disbursement and custody of all revenues belonging to and held in trust by the City (including Property Taxes, Water Billing, Recreation, Police, Library, Transportation, and all miscellaneous invoicing).  All revenues are invested according to the guidelines of the City Investment Policy and Public Act 20.
