The City Clerk's Office is responsible for an array of functions as required by the City Charter and various State Statutes.  Please review the following links for additional information:

  • Boards and Commissions - as Secretary prepares agenda's and minutes.

  • Business Licenses - issues business licenses to area businesses as required.    Fee Schedule for Business Licenses and Miscellaneous fees.

  • City Council - Secretary to City Council

  • City Ordinances - maintains all certified ordinances.

  • Elections - responsible for planning, preparation and administration of all elections.

  • Employment Notices/Applications - prepares, publish and collects all employment applications.

  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) coordinator - responds to all requests made under FOIA.

  • Garage Sale Permits - issues permits over the counter at City Hall only

  • Public Notices - prepares, posts and publishes all required Public Notices.

  • Retirement Board Administrator - oversee retirement system as required by ordinance.

  • Web Site Administrator for the City - maintains City web site

  • Workers Compensation - processes all City related worker compensation claims.
